Candlelight

Author: Donna  |  Category: Family

Tonight, just as we were getting ready to set the table for dinner, the power went out all over our neighborhood. So, we gathered candles and enjoyed eating our soup and baked potatoes by candlelight! Unfortunately, the lights came back on and threated to ruin our special evening! So….we turned them back off. Power outages…the things memories are made of.

Great pictures!!! How fun to have dinner by candlelight even when you didn’t have to!
My guess is that it is either Marley or Ethan…can’t decide which one. ;)

Candle light makes things seem so simple and relaxing. We used to use just oil lamps at my dad’s grandparent’s house in Maine. Now when I smell an oil lamp, it reminds me of our summer vacations there when I was a little kid! Abbey and Kendall really do look like twins…cute! Payton, your robot is adorable! My guess who’s under the disguise is…ABBEY!! (Am I right???) Love you guys!! Mom
