11/29/10 – taken an hour or so after we first met.
Today, we celebrate Dylan.
And, praise a God that would bless us with this bundle of cuteness.
11/29/11
We look back on this last year and marvel at how easily Dylan transitioned to us – bonded with us – and, showed us love so quickly and easily.
We smile as he measures himself against the kitchen counter, realizing he’s getting taller. And, when he raises his shirt after cleaning his plate, showing us his big tummy.
Tonight, we took the crew out to celebrate…and, had a blast, as usual. But, it’s getting late and homeschool co-op comes EARLY. So, more details and pics tomorrow.
Happy 1 Year, Dylan…we love you!

wow, he has changed so much in the last year…what a beautiful little guy you have there…and what a lovely smile he has!

Dylan definitely belongs to all of us and from the first pictures to when you all went to China to get him…. we all fell in love with him.
That night as the other 5 of your kids and me crowded around the computer as you “skyped” us we watched Dylan running around the room and he would come to the computer every once in awhile and look at us. I was crying with joy !

What a fast year it has been! I compared both photos…2010 and today and he looks more relaxed and content in the 2011 photo…a warm smile that says, “Yes, I’m now a Clark and I belong here with my awesome family, who love me and take very good care of me”. So proud of you guys for what you’ve done and continue to do…Lainey and Dylan are very blessed as are Abbey, Marley, Payton and Ethan. God is good ~
