Fall Leaves!! Something the kids haven’t experienced in a whole lotta years. There aren’t many yet, but they just had to try it. Time to rake…

Oh no. Someone is coming to spoil all the fun! Please don’t mow our leaves, daddy, please!

I love this!! And the reason is because I love autumn (fall)!!! Back in July I did mention to you that with ALL those trees, you’ll have plenty of leaves on the ground!! Looks like Marley has a MAJOR rake in that picture….love the photo of Jack…looks like he’s having fun! You’re starting out with little piles of leaves, but soon they will be bigger ones!! Poor Randy…he doesn’t have a chance!!!

Tee hee. I love the attacking picture. My kids would totally do that. Looks like so much fun!

Seeing as how your kids love to rake leaves so much, can I borrow them about 4-5 times this fall to help me with my leaves ?? We have so many that it takes me forever to blow them all back out into the woods. I would love to mulch them first, but my mulcher rubs against my legs too much and the bag gets too heavy too quick. Raking has gotten a little bit too hard for me to do, too. I do love my electric blower though (except I will get the cord caught on every little thing sticking out of the ground ).

Love the pictures ! That is a great one of Jack in the leaves. Isn’t that a new lawnmower Randy is on ?

Wow! You must have cooler weather over yonder there in the Charlotte area. Not many of our leaves have fallen yet but we were just talking the other day about our anticipation of the first big leaf pile because we end up with a TON of leaves in our yard!

No mowing here either–big no no.
