Easter in North Carolina

Author: Donna  |  Category: Family

We took a quick trip home to NC last weekend for Easter. We had a great time, despite the COLD weather. We woke up to a light dusting of snow on the ground on Saturday…the most snow we’ve seen in 3 years! As usual, we packed a lot of fun into a couple of days…we saw all 3 sets of grandparents; annual Easter egg hunt at Gram and Pa-Paul’s; a visit to my friend’s chocolate store (www.thechocolatebean.com), Easter Sunday at Grace Church, and lunch at Dad and Kathy’s with ALL the family! Here are a few pictures…

Gram and Pa-Paul’s 10 grandkids…reading for some egg hunting!

Can I help you, Dad?

Good pictures! I want prints of you guys (we saw you have that one taken from our car) and the one of ALL the Clark children…they’re great! (Also the one of Samara & Abbey…what pretty girls!!) Hopefully Lainey will be joining the Easter egg hunt next year!!

Loved the pictures and expect to receive some of them as I didn’t get to take any. Loved having you all here for Easter, too. We did have quite a large Easter hunt for all of the kids, didn’t we? I have already started collecting prizes for next year’s hunt. I have such a beautiful family, don’t I ?? Can’t wait until next Easter when Lainey will be here for her first Gram’s special hunt.

I can just see Abbey performing at church. She is so much like Randy in enjoying doing something special for other people to enjoy.

The picture of Payton was funny. What a look !!! But then I have looked at Randy like that many times.

I went to St. Augustine years ago with my parents. We loved it and spent a lot of time going to all the great places there.

Would love to see all of you again… and again… and again.

    Love to all, Gram
