Our referral call came in at 2:39pm, just as I was about to crank the truck to leave Office Depot with the kids! Here is her information:<\/p>\n<p>Name: Ling Qing (\u00e2\u20ac\u0153clear\u00e2\u20ac\u009d or \u00e2\u20ac\u0153sunny\u00e2\u20ac\u009d) Qin (\u00e2\u20ac\u0153hardworking\u00e2\u20ac\u009d or \u00e2\u20ac\u0153diligent\u00e2\u20ac\u009d)<\/p>\n<p>Birthdate: 7\/4\/06 (yes, our little Independence Day girl, born 3 days before Marley, Payton, and Ethan\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s birthday!)\u00e2\u20ac\u00a6so, she\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s 16 months old at referral time.<\/p>\n<p>Province \/ Orphanage: Anhui \/ Bengbu City Children\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s Welfare Institute<\/p>\n<p>We\u00e2\u20ac\u2122re over the moon excited, joyously happy, and exhausted!
