The \u00e2\u20ac\u0153stairs picture\u00e2\u20ac\u009d\u00e2\u20ac\u00a6it\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s a tradition. My parents came down for a visit this weekend, so that Randy and I could attend our local homeschool convention. They arrived Friday afternoon and we arrived in Orlando a few hours later. We had such a great time, it was nice spending some needed time with just the two of us. Plus, we got lots of great books and curriculum supplies for the kids. Here\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s a picture of the kids enjoying a game we bought at the convention\u00e2\u20ac\u00a6Spy Alley!<\/p>\n

The kids had a great time with Granma and Granpa\u00e2\u20ac\u00a6they were treated with trips to Krispy Kreme AND Bruester\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s Ice Cream! The rest of our weekend was filled with church, shopping, and relaxing at home. Here are M, P, and E, after a dip in the pool.<\/p>\n

Our church has a really fun program for kids K-5th grade called Kidstuf. It\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s singing, dancing, and a play all centering around that month\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s virtue (this month was Endurance). Kidstuf takes a summer break, so this Sunday was their last for the year. Plus, with Abbey going into the 6th grade (eeks!), she has \u00e2\u20ac\u0153aged out\u00e2\u20ac\u009d. However, since she\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s one of the Kidstuf dancers, she\u00e2\u20ac\u2122ll still be a part of it all. Here\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s a picture of Abbey dancing and singing her heart out. I think the girl likes being on stage!!<\/p>\n

Today is Randy\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s birthday!! So, we\u00e2\u20ac\u2122re following his lead on what we\u00e2\u20ac\u2122re doing today. I think we\u00e2\u20ac\u2122re taking the boat out for some kneeboarding and tubing, and probably going out to dinner tonight. Happy 41st, babe!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
