Cakes"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>I hate to blog out of order.\u00c2\u00a0 Call me a control freak&#8230;unfortunately, the title fits more than I&#8217;d like it to.\u00c2\u00a0 For instance, I was nearly twitching in my seat watching the kids fold the clean towels.\u00c2\u00a0 They were doing it all wrong.\u00c2\u00a0 But, I think I&#8217;m getting off topic.\u00c2\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>I must back up to birthdays again.\u00c2\u00a0 Back on the 11th, we had a family birthday party for M, P, E, and L.\u00c2\u00a0 I made 3 cakes (with lots of help decorating) and bought one (Ethan wanted an ice cream cake).<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"null\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone\" src=\"http:\/\/farm5.static.flickr.com\/4094\/4806436593_d847db87f7.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"500\" height=\"332\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Marley requested chocolate cake, buttercream frosting.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"null\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone\" src=\"http:\/\/farm5.static.flickr.com\/4100\/4806436785_c5ce3667ff.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"500\" height=\"332\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>it says Tater (Payton&#8217;s preferred nickname)&#8230;he chose \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Awww&#8230;she&#8217;s letting him help cut the cake.\u00c2\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>We were so happy to get these pictures.\u00c2\u00a0 I was told that the party was held on the 7th, since the 4th was on a Sunday and adoption related matters aren&#8217;t held on Sundays.\u00c2\u00a0 I hope he was told that his mama and dada sent him his birthday treat.\u00c2\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>So, 5 cakes later and we have 12 year olds, a 4 year old, and a 3 year old.\u00c2\u00a0 Last post about July birthdays.\u00c2\u00a0 I promise!\u00c2\u00a0 ;)<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I
