{"id":1073,"date":"2010-05-31T11:24:51","date_gmt":"2010-05-31T15:24:51","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.handsful.com\/?p=1073"},"modified":"2010-05-31T11:26:55","modified_gmt":"2010-05-31T15:26:55","slug":"will-it-fit-him","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.handsful.com\/wordpress\/archives\/1073","title":{"rendered":"Will it fit him?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"null\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone\" src=\"http:\/\/farm5.static.flickr.com\/4012\/4655746215_36702c04da.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"332\" height=\"500\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>The first thing we&#8217;ve bought for Dylan!\u00c2\u00a0 Couldn&#8217;t resist the sale rack at Old N*avy the other day :)\u00c2\u00a0 Size 2T, 27-30lbs.\u00c2\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>With our update last week, we received current measurements for Dylan.\u00c2\u00a0 Here are his stats:<\/p>\n<p>24 1\/4 lbs.<\/p>\n<p>33.5 inches tall<\/p>\n<p>18.5 inches head circum.<\/p>\n<p>I looked at an online percentile calculator to see how he compares to other kids his age.\u00c2\u00a0 For his height and weight, Dylan is in the 3rd percentile for both weight and height&#8230;so, 97% of other kids his age are bigger than he is.\u00c2\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>For fun, I checked Lainey&#8217;s percentile stats.\u00c2\u00a0 Right now, she weighs about 38lbs and she&#8217;s 39 inches tall.\u00c2\u00a0 So, she&#8217;s at the 75th percentile for weight, and 37% for height.\u00c2\u00a0 I also looked back to see how old Lainey was, when she weighed what Dylan weighs now (at age 2 years 10 months).\u00c2\u00a0 She was 1 year 8 months old.\u00c2\u00a0 :)<\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;d love to find some way to predict, based on a normal growth curve, what Dylan might weigh when we travel to get him.\u00c2\u00a0 Anyone know how to do that?<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The first thing we&#8217;ve bought for Dylan!\u00c2\u00a0 Couldn&#8217;t resist the sale rack at Old N*avy the other day :)\u00c2\u00a0 Size 2T, 27-30lbs.\u00c2\u00a0 With our update last week, we received current measurements for Dylan.\u00c2\u00a0 Here are his stats: 24 1\/4 lbs. 33.5 inches tall 18.5 inches head circum.
