12/23/09 - Saw him on the CCAI website and emailed Sarah asking to see his file. 

1/14/10 - Sent in WC information and allowed to see his file same day. 

2/1/10-  Called Pam to accept Yu Hai :)

2/10/10 - Sent in CCAI application

2/17/10 - Application approved…paperchase begins. 

2/19/10 - Sent first pack of information; 1st fee, fee agreement, and 2 svc. agreements. 

2/22/10 - LOI arrives in China

3/3/10 - Orientation phone call

3/5/10 - Pre-Approval!!!  So far, we’re pulling our docs together…have the financial statement, adoption petition, non-job letter, Randy’s BC, our marriage certificate, and un-notarized police clearances (for homestudy only)

3/12/10 - Randy’s physical (Donna’s was 3/11)

3/16/10- physical paperwork done, picked up. 

3/18/10 - 1 MONTH SINCE BEGAN PAPERCHASE - Social worker meeting with Leon at our house.

4/13/10 - Sent most of dossier (except HS, I-797C, and police clearances) to CCAI-FL.  Critically approved! 

4/18/10 - 2 MONTHS PAPERCHASE

5/6/10 - Fingerprinted!

5/27/10 - Last of dossier docs arrive at CCAI-FL for review and translation! 

6/11/10 - DTC!

6/21/10 - LID!

8/9/10 - LOA arrives…now to get working on that I-800 paperwork.

8/24/10 - I-800 paperwork FINALLY sent off the NBC. Had to wait on the new social worker’s update.
